• Engaged to perform site due diligence, as well as, support the negotiation and capture of economic development incentives.
•The Confidential Project, due to it’s purpose and scope, is one of the largest data center campuses in North America.

RESULT:
• Negotiated a substantial economic development incentive package capturing special funding streams not typically used for private investments.
• Secured utility savings by using the municipal provider’s ability to hedge energy costs over a long period to reduce the overall cost to the project.
• Confirmed the proper workforce would be available in the designated region, along with a strong pipeline to manage attrition and labor churn.
