Compliance Specialist– US, Non-Location Specific

ROLE SUMMARY
The Compliance Specialist will be a key member of a dynamic, global team providing partnership to the Director, Compliance and executive team with the compliance process including but not limited to contract review and general incentive compliance support. The Compliance Specialist will primarily review current contracts and support additional incentives research as needed.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree plus 1+ years of administrative experience in a related or similar field; or equivalent education and experience
Minimum 1 year experience handling sensitive/confidential information including government records, corporate information, personal data, or similar.
Minimum 1 year experience professional working in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Aptitude to learn unfamiliar concepts and topics quickly.
Efficiently learn and use internal/external software applications.
Remote working environment experience required.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Facilitate all data for the required reporting and complete all required analyses and required compliance forms, in accordance with the state and/or local government’s required format. Excellent written, verbal, oral and presentation skills.
Review incentive programs and understand the reporting requirements, penalty or claw back, term of agreements, and recordkeeping.
Solid value and ethical approach with the capacity to handle proprietary and confidential information.
Review reports with the Company, and ensure filing is complete by required due dates and maintain all records.
Provide audit support by gathering required documents, field questions, and rectify any discrepancies found.
