Do you have 1-3 years of proven experience and a degree or pursuing a degree in Political Science, Government, Pre-Law, Public Policy, Finance, Economics, Business, Geopolitics, or Urban Planning? We are currently seeking an Incentives Analyst to join our team! The Hickey Team works virtually and in collaborative offices. We request that you’re able to thrive in both environments. The Incentives Analyst will be a key member of a dynamic, global team providing direct support with project management, in-depth research on government incentives for business, document development, correspondence, and other activities directly related to corporate real estate advisory and location strategy.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree or pursuit of a degree in Political Science, Government, Pre-Law, Public Policy, Finance, Economics, Business, Geopolitics, or Urban Planning preferred, or similar education.

  • 1-3 years of working experience preferred. Working experience can be from internships.

  • Direct experience with credits and incentives.

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.

  • Strong writing and research capabilities required.

  • Working knowledge of ArcGIS, ESRI Business Analyst, PowerBI, Tableau, SAS, SPSS, R, Python, Common ETL toolsets, and similar tools is considered a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with Federal and State tax concepts is considered a plus.

  • Candidate must be eligible to work in the United States with or without sponsorship.
