ROLE SUMMARY
The Talent Specialist will be a key member of a dynamic, global team providing partnership to the Manager, Talent and executive team with the recruitment process including but not limited to candidate review, recruitment, screening, interviewing, as well as general Human Resource and company-wide administrative support.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 2+ years experience in Human Resources or similar field; or equivalent education and experience

  • Existing experience with full life-cycle recruitment including applicant review, phone screening, interview participation and providing feedback or offer to candidates.

  • Minimum 1 year experience handling sensitive/confidential information including personal information, employment records, and more.

  • Experience building/editing job descriptions, posting to recruitment sites, and reviewing qualified applicants required.

  • Minimum 2 years experience professional working in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Experience in HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter considered a plus.

  • Remote working environment experience required.

  • Excellent written, verbal, oral and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

  • Solid value and ethical approach with the capacity to handle proprietary and

    confidential information.

  • Aptitude to learn unfamiliar concepts and topics quickly.

  • Capable of providing solutions to multiple projects at any given time.

  • Efficiently learn and use internal/external software applications.
